Phoenix Villa is let to one group at a time. What follows is what that includes, and when it costs least.
Rates move with the season, and we quote them directly. Tell us your dates and we will come back with the total for the whole house - no agency commission in between. What does not change is what you get: the entire villa, all four bedrooms, the pool, the sauna and the hammam, with nothing shared with anyone else.
When it costs least
Three ways to stay for less.
These are the periods and lengths of stay where the villa is at its best value. Exact figures are confirmed at booking - ask us and we will tell you plainly.
The longer week
The villa rewards a week more than a weekend - the walks, the gorge, the beaches and the spa do not fit into two days. Longer stays carry the better nightly rate.
Spring and autumn
May, June, September and October: the walking is at its best, the beaches are empty, and the rates sit well below high summer. The pool is bracing in May - the hammam is not.
Winter, with the fire lit
The lowest rates of the year, and the season the spa was built for. Indoor fireplace, heating throughout, and a forest that is arguably better in the rain.
Included
Every rate includes all of it.
There is no upsell here. The spa is not an extra, the pool is not seasonal, and nothing is shared with another party.
