These Terms & Conditions apply to stays at Phoenix Villa, Provincial Road 4, Bale, Agios Ioannis, Foinikas, Rethymno, Crete 740 60, Greece. Greek short-term rental registry number 80059899600.

Booking and payment

Reservations are made directly with Phoenix Villa. Send your dates through the enquiry form or by email; we confirm availability, the total price and the payment schedule in writing, and a booking is confirmed only once we have replied and any deposit has been received. Nothing is charged automatically through this website.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is from 15:00 until 22:00.
• Check-out is from 08:00 until 11:00.
• Express check-in and check-out are available. Please tell us your estimated arrival time in advance.

Occupancy

The villa sleeps a maximum of eight guests across four bedrooms. The whole house is let to a single party - it is not shared with other guests. Extra beds, where available, depend on the room and should be requested before arrival.

House rules

• Pets are not accommodated.
• The property does not host hen, stag or similar parties.
• The pool, sauna and hammam are used at guests’ own risk; children must be supervised at all times.
• Please respect the quiet of the village and the surrounding forest.

Security and privacy

Security cameras cover the exterior of the property only. No cameras are present in any interior space. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Damage and liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Phoenix Villa accepts no liability for personal belongings, or for injury arising from misuse of the pool, spa or grounds.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in the written confirmation you receive when the booking is made, and are agreed before any payment is taken. If plans change, tell us as early as you can and we will do what we reasonably can to help.
